This project involved the execution of nominated sub-contractor works for the construction and completion of interior fitting-out works at Plot 8MD3, Precinct 8, Putrajaya, a major development by Putrajaya Holdings.

Appointed under the project title “The Proposed Nominated Sub-Contractor Works for Construction and Completion of Interior Fitting-Out Works for Service Apartment and Public Spaces”, our scope covered multiple building blocks, namely Blocks E1 & E2, F, G, and H.

The works encompassed interior fit-out for service apartment units as well as key public and common areas, requiring a careful balance between functionality, durability, and a refined hospitality-driven aesthetic. Each space was executed to support user comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term performance, in line with the client’s standards for high-quality urban living environments.

Given the scale and multi-block nature of the project, the execution demanded strong coordination with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration across all areas. Particular emphasis was placed on workmanship quality, consistency of finishes, and adherence to programme timelines.

The successful completion of this project reflects our capability in delivering large-scale interior fit-out works for residential and public spaces, especially within structured developments led by government-linked entities such as Putrajaya Holdings.
