Bank Rakyat Rawang Branch

This project involved the interior renovation of an existing three-storey shoplot for Bank Rakyat Cawangan Rawang, located at No. 73, Jalan Bandar Rawang 2, Pusat Bandar Rawang, Selangor.

Carried out under the project title “Cadangan Kerja-Kerja Ubah Suai Dalaman Ke Atas Premis 3 Tingkat Sedia Ada”, the scope focused on upgrading the bank’s internal spaces to support improved operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance with current banking standards.

The renovation works were carefully planned to optimise space utilisation across all three floors, accommodating customer service areas, staff workspaces, and supporting back-of-house functions. Emphasis was placed on functional layout planning, durable finishes, and a professional corporate image, reflecting Bank Rakyat’s identity as a trusted financial institution.

Given the project’s location within an active commercial district, execution required precise coordination and controlled construction sequencing to minimise disruption while ensuring quality and safety throughout the renovation process.
