This project involved a comprehensive three-storey interior renovation for Putrajaya Holdings (PJH) at Block A, Suasana PJH, Precinct 2, Putrajaya. Appointed by the client under the project title “The Proposed Design, Construction and Completion of the Interior Fitting Out Works”, our scope covered multiple departments with distinct functional and operational requirements.

The renovation works were carried out across:

Level 7 – PJH Development & Operation and Strategic Finance

Level 2 – KLCC Project Services

Level 1 – Property Management Department & Conference Floor

Each floor was carefully planned and executed to reflect the department’s role, workflow, and identity, while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the building.

Our approach focused on delivering functional efficiency, modern aesthetics, and long-term durability, aligning with PJH’s standards for a professional and future-ready working environment. The project required close coordination across multiple stakeholders, precise phasing to minimise disruption, and meticulous attention to detailing during construction.

From design development through construction and final completion, the project demonstrates our capability in handling large-scale, multi-department interior fit-out works within an occupied corporate building, while meeting stringent quality, timeline, and compliance requirements.
